The main features of the production method are hand-picking of the grapes and making wine in the fall.
The vineyard of 30 hectares extends between Desenzano and Sirmione.
Lugana Trebbiano, Sauvignon, Riesling, Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni are the variety as far as white wines. Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Rebo are the types of red grapes.
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in boxes that are then placed in the cellar.
The cellar is located in the middle of the vineyard and is on three levels where all the manufacturing processes are carried out.
