Today I present my latest discovery in the world of perfumes, the Maison of Artistic Perfumery Areej Le Doré.
Areej Le Doré fragrances are born from a beautiful mix, a well-balanced fusion of traditions from all over the world: the aggressive intensity and simplicity of Russian culture, the mystery and the luxurious character of the Arab perfumery and the delicate elegance, the charm whispering and the romantic beauty of French fragrances.
For the realization of these magnificent fragrances, rare and almost forgotten ingredients of the highest quality were used, combined with innovative distillation techniques.
Precisely because of the unique nature of the rare ingredients used. once the perfume is finished it is no longer recreated. So we speak at this point of limited and exclusive productions.
Over the course of several years, Russian Adam has distilled nearly a hundred different types of high quality pure agar wood oils. Precisely from the processing of this ingredient we obtain the precious and rare oud.
Agarwood, also known as OUD, oodh or simply agar is the resinous heartwood that is formed in the trees of Aquilaria and Gyrinops (belonging to the evergreens of Southeast Asia) when they are infected by a particular type of mold. Because of it, the tree produces a dark aromatic resin that thickens and is incorporated into the heartwood. The resin incorporated in the wood is commonly called gaharu, jinko, aloeswood, agarwood, or oud and is appreciated in different cultures for its characteristic scent, and is used to produce incense and frangrances. One of the main reasons for the rarity and high cost of agarwood is the reduction of natural resources to produce oud. (taken from Wikipedia).
You think that agarwood is so valuable that it is worth up to several thousand dollars per kilogram.
As a result of all his studies, Russian Adam succeeded in creating real works of art which, over time, added to the agarwood other rare ingredients ... and this is how Areej Le Doré was born.
Areej Le Doré uses the most precious and rare ingredients to draw a luxurious and colorful aura around the wearer .... a rare eight roses of Afghanistan, an exclusive Malaysian blue agarwood oil, wild, a unique oud, smooth and silky from Sri Lanka, or obtained legally, grains of deer musk macerated from Siberia.
Often in the fragrances that we find on the market the oud that is used is synthetic, an out that is very different from the pure natural oil of oud. This also happens for other ingredients.
I had the opportunity to wear 4 magnificent fragrances, four little samples contained in a small but precious black casket with the golden logo in relief.
Inside the box, in addition to the four pickups, I found the four mini cards describing each fragrance with its olfactory pyramid.

Today I will talk about the first fragrance

Koh-i-Noor

PIRAMIDE OLFATTIVA
Note di cuore: ylang ylang, gardenia, gelsomino, champaka, patchouli, fava tonka, oud indiano trentenne e sandalo Mysore distillato da Adam Russian
Note di fondo: benzoino, ambra grezza, tuberosa attar e gelsomino sambac assoluto

OLFACTORY PYRAMID
Top notes: wild moss of Siberian deer, Indonesian lemon distilled from Russian Adam
Heart notes: ylang ylang, gardenia, jasmine, champaka, patchouli, tonka bean, thirty-year-old Indian oud and sandal Mysore distilled by Adam Russian

The inspiration for this fragrance is the majestic Koh-i-Noor, the legendary diamond whose name literally means "mountain of light" in Persian.
The Koh-i-Noor is a famous white diamond that has long been the largest known diamond in the world.
It is kept in the Tower of London museum and is set in the center of the Maltese cross of the crown of Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. The value is invaluable.
The Koh-i-Noor was probably mined around 1300 by the Kollur mine, one of the famous diamond mines of ancient Golconda, in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. Another famous diamond, the Darya-ye Noor, is believed to come from the same mine.
Koh-i-Noor has since become for the great rulers of the time up to the modern age, object of exchange, war and legends. (Wikipedia)
Areej Le Doré has adopted the same values for the realization of this wonderful and precious fragrance. A triumph of natural perfumed materials, treated with the passion of a thousand years. A scent composed of rich and exotic ingredients, obtained from the best sources in the world.
A very elegant and refined unisex fragrance, suitable for the winter season. Indicated for the day.
An amber woody fragrance with a strong gourmand vein, a floral bouquet of very important opening. I wore it with great pleasure, a perfect dress for my skin that has not gone unnoticed and that has accompanied me for several hours of the day.
Magnolia champaca, known in English as champak, is a large evergreen tree of the Magnoliaceae family. Previously it had been classified as Michelia Champaca. It is known for its fragrant flowers and for wood used in woodworking.
Flowers are used in Southeast Asia for different purposes. Especially in India, they are mainly used for worship in temples, at home or outside, and more generally worn in hair by girls and women as a means of beauty ornament and also as a natural perfume. The flowers are usually floated in water bowls to perfume the room, like a scented decoration for wedding beds and garlands.
Many niche perfumers now still use Champaca Absolute as individual fragrances. (Wikipedia).
The fragrance bottin is 30 ml and its price is 220 dollars.
I leave the link for info and contacts. Soon I present you the other three fragrances that I could wear.
