Oggi condivido con voi la mia nuova collaborazione con SPIRITI LIBERI DRINK.
SPIRITI LIBERI DRINK è un'azienda di Treviso che ha prodotto quattro gin ispirati ai paesaggi culturali diventati patrimoni Unesco.
Un prodotto unico di altissima qualità prodotto selezionando attentamente le materie prime. Ma non solo anche il packaging è estremamente curato nei dettagli.
Per la realizzazione di questi gin sono state utilizzate esclusivamente botaniche italiane, che sono coltivate biologicamente.
I gin vengono distillati in piccoli lotti di 150 con alcool neutro di grano tenero in alambicchi di rame.
I gin che troviamo sul sito in totale sono quattro: Laguna, Pianura, Rive, Cime.
Ogni gin nella descrizione ha una sorta si piramide degustativa.
- PIANURA: note di testa/fiori - note di cuore/sentori verdi ed erbacei - note di base/piacevole sentore di liquorizia.
- RIVE: note di testa/castagna e ginepro - note di cuore/sentori verdi ed aromatici - note di fondo/affumicato e nello stesso tempo dolce.
- CIMA: note di testa/balsamico resinoso - note di cuore/ginepro e legno - note di fondo/aria di bosco.
Io per la collaborazione ho ricevuto LAGUNA la cui piramide è la seguente: note di testa/salicornia - note di cuore/sentori verdi ed erbacei - note di fondo/salata e nello stesso tempo fresco.
La salicornia viene chiamata anche asparago di mare dal sapore salino che richiama il mare, amarognolo e arrichito da qualche nota lievemente piccante.
Condivido con voi la foto della bottiglia cosi da farvi notare quanto è curato il packaging. Sul sito è possibile poi scegliere anche il tipo di confezione (normale o regalo). Le bottiglie e il tappo in vetro sono 100% riciclati. L'etichetta ha una finitura sabbiata per facilitare l'impugnatura.
Il tutto è fatto con tantissima passione e lo si evince da tutto.... vi consiglio assolutamente di provare....

SPIRITI LIBERI DRINK is a Treviso-based company that has produced four gins inspired by the cultural landscapes that have become UNESCO heritage sites.
A unique product of the highest quality produced by carefully selecting the raw materials. But not only the packaging is also extremely accurate in detail.
For the creation of these gins, exclusively Italian botanicals have been used, which are organically grown.
The gins are distilled in small batches of 150 cpon neutral soft grain alcohol in copper stills.
The gins that we find on the site are four in total: Laguna, Pianura, Rive, Cime.
Each gin in the description has a sort of tasting pyramid.
PLAIN: top notes/flowers - heart notes/green and herbaceous hints - base notes/pleasant liquorice scent.
RIVE: top notes / chestnut and juniper - heart notes / green and aromatic hints - base notes / smoky and sweet at the same time.
TOP: top notes/resinous balsamic - heart notes/juniper and wood - base notes/woodland air.
For the collaboration, I received LAGUNA whose pyramid is as follows: top notes/salicornia - heart notes/green and herbaceous hints - base notes/salty and fresh at the same time.
Salicornia is also called sea asparagus with a saline flavor that recalls the sea, bitterish and enriched by some slightly spicy notes.
I share with you the photo of the bottle so you can see how well the packaging is taken care of. On the site it is also possible to choose the type of packaging (normal or gift). The glass bottles and cap are 100% recycled. The label has a sandblasted finish for ease of grip.
Everything is done with a lot of passion and it can be seen from everything .... I absolutely recommend you to try ....
